And yeah, Summit Point has a lot of tracks. There are three road race courses: main, which you've been on, is the fastest; Shenandoah is super-technical, but also has a few straights; and Jefferson, which I haven't been on, supposedly has no real straights at all. I'm planning to take the 300 there next.
Screwdriver thing, holding the throttle at an angle and twist like using a screwdriver.

Google maps Summit and you will see many more tracks than you think (probably more than ten thousand or maybe 15).
