If the Charging system works properly, yes. We will need more info to diagnose.

If battery reads 12.6 after recharge, battery is "ok". Next, check fuses, especially the main fuse. Also make sure you have proper connections at battery and ground.
Do any lights come on when in ON position?
Have you installed any thing electrical on the bike recently?
