To answer you first questions
. My injectors are 190 gph for Etron and the throttle body is the 250 ninja unit from Etron. Everything I have so far is very good. The wiring is very nice. I am building this bike for salt. So weather proofing is a big deal.

Ransom just ran 230 mph at Ohioin July.

The 250 is a lot of fun. I am 6foot and 185
Lb. lots of work to get the tuck worked out.

This engine will have about 9 to1 maybe higher. I am going to be racing at over 5000 feet. And once I get .5 bar sorted I will run 1 bar of boost. I have not checked the waist gate. But I will check everything.
