Hmm, IMHO if there's one place that I don't want to go for the budget option it's brakes. Personally I'd just bite the bullet and buy something that's a known quantity. I just found an EBC rotor for $130ish

I will add that I've never had to replace my rotor so I can't comment on their quality of stopping power, but I know that they have a good reputation.
