In general, I don't really keep myself in the company of people who habitually behave like that. We just wouldn't ever get along as I don't like partying or babysitting those who party too hard. That being said, I won't let a good friend drive off before I believe they're sober enough, but in past situations, that's usually only about an hour or two.
