I have a Teknic Freeway touring jacket and pants, both say they are waterproof. both have been tested and the claims hold true. Riding on the highway for an hour in heavy rain with no leakage. My boots did start to leak after 45 min though, they're icon accelerant boots, but thats been fixed with Nikwax waterproofing.
