Stock headlight wiring:

Red/Yel = Lo beam
Red/blk = hi beam
Blk/yel = ground

Can hook them up however you want or even add a switch inline with the ignition so you can turn the lights on/off anytime the key is turned on with the separate switch. But like I said the low power draw might not be used best one it's own circuit but rather in unison with one or both of the beams (hi/lo).
