tire following imperfections in the road.
You had too much weight on the handle bars and shifted the weight back which makes the front end get lighter. Some people don't know it but one hand may leave the bar faster or later than the other which in turn may slightly push the bar forward or pull the bar back and induce a small shake/wobble. Decelerating and accelerating makes it worse too.

It's just my guess.

Other factors, forks are twisted or not aligned with the triples. Unbalanced wheel/tire. Bent wheel. Worn tire, overinflated/underinflated tire, stem bearings loose.
