The way I see it, the only guy the driver might potentially have to worry about is the guy in a coma. The first guy who was hit is already being charged by the police for being the cause of this shitstorm so he already loses there. I highly doubt other people will dare to come forward and expose their involvement in the violence. Most probably aren't riding legally to begin with so they're not going to want to say anything. When all is said and done, no one really wants their name attached to an incident like that.
