Definitely a front end swap as well on that bike, but it's still clearly a 250 frame. I would have guessed the SSS on the rear is from a Hawk (one of the cheapest and easiest to find bikes with a SSS), but comparing pics it actually doesn't look like it. Looks much more like a Ducati SSS.
