I went down back in Feb and the handlebar got bent. The locksmith didn't think it was related, but I'm still wondering if it broke back then and I'm just now noticing.

damn I'm like 0-2 haha. it's possible that it could have an effect as to why it doesn't lock anymore if your steering was locked when it fell. Only way of knowing is taking it apart.
