So I finally got my exhaust installed and am loving it! The boost in HP is definitely noticeable. I accidentally got the front wheel off the ground from a start then popped it up a bit on the upshift to 2nd. Badass! The sound is also pretty awesome. It has a throaty, deep tone at the lower rpms and a nice growling roar up high.
Now I'm trying to work out the map tune for my altitude. I've been in contact with Kerry and he's given me some pointers on how to lean the mixture a bit. I'm riding at 4200ft above sea level and the air is much thinner and so requires a leaner mix. It's a case of trial and error and fine tuning at this point. I imagine I could really work it out on a dyno if I could find someone locally and the price is right.
Anyway, bottom line, I love the system.
