So I was reading some recent comments about this bike. A bunch of guys are not happy that it's limited to 132 mph.
One guy has said in the comments of a few reviews that the Ninja 650 with 50 less hp has the same top speed. He's not very happy about that. Some have been getting the ECU reflashed to eliminate this. Just something interesting to note about the bike. I guess it will do 150ish without the limiter.
Most people usually don't have to go that fast anyway. I wonder if other bikes will start coming from the factory with limited top speeds in the future. I know the Busa and ZX14 already have top speed limiters due to the gentlemen's agreement.
