It seems better because it goes on the inside of the throttle, so you can move your hand a little further outside if need be. The problem with the crampbuster (so I've read) is that is must stay completely on the throttle, which doesn't give your hand much room to move.

That is 1st one I had, and I swapped to a CB instead.
The problem w/ that one is vibrations!!!! It won't hold throttle very long at all @ highway speed.
It may work better w/ grips like his that 1st video review, mine however were exactly like his grips in 2nd video. I found adding tape under the rubber band helped, but still didn't hold for more than a min or two.
