Yes.

I've taken a corner wide and gone out of my lane twice. Ever. I realized I was out of my skill level and tamed it down. Then I rode a CBR600 long term and realized it was more than I was capable of handling and still learning on safely. Then I did track days and got a new respect for my bike. and I got a ton better as a rider. Now, I'm capable of physically not killing myself while riding a bigger bike on street. on a track could I? hell no.

but I still ride my 250 because I'm not capable of doing justice to a supersport.


If you're running wide and losing control, you need to slow down and do more learning. Period.
