I'm not going to debate wearing vs not wearing a helmet, but to say that it's more comfortable to wear one is absolutely wrong (if it were more comfortable then you'd wear it all the time, around the office, watching tv, etc). I try to wear my helmet most of the time, but it really depends what I'm doing, where I'm going, etc.

Saying "actually" before an opinion does not make it a fact.
