If someone clearly wants to go faster than me, sure, I can stay put and make them maneuver around. Not everyone does that, which is too bad, because they're causing road rage with their own stubbornness.

If you are in the process of passing a line of cars and that happens, do you slow down to get to the back of the line of cars you were in the process of passing?
