they work nicely but not as well as hearos xtreme foam plugs when on the freeway with a lot of wind noise (not enough to be damaging i think, but annoying). I have the Large size Max.

disposable plugs can be used a handful of times before i throw them out. They dont spring back the way they do after a few uses i find. Washing them just makes them less effective.
