Just received my Hurricane filter in the mail. They were allegedly running some kind of special price on the website, so I jumped in. It was a strange transaction but the order was received in a bit more than a week. The odd part was I never received an email confirmation of any kind. It was a Pay-Pal transaction with a currency conversion from British Pounds to Dollars. Following up on the order, the customer service takes you to Thailand. I called the phone number, but no one picked up. To be fair I was probably calling at 4:00 AM...

Despite the lack of order feedback, the filter arrived in great condition and right on time.

I'll get it installed over the weekend. Looking forward to it. To confirm the previous reports, it looks like it was built to install in a mission critical situation. Impressive.
