Why is it that in CT and the rest of the country its mandatory to wear a seat belt when driving or riding in a car but you don't need a helmet when riding a motorcycle especially considering that most motorcycle accidents result in injuries and most car accidents don't. That doesn't seem to make sense to me.

Because un like most ppl driving a car who are sheep. Motorcycle riders stand up for there rights and fight back on laws regarding them.
