I personally wouldnt go lower than 1 inch. But im also 6 foot and have no issues with the majority of bikes. My gfs was lowered 2inchs, and i think that was too low. But i also dont know if they lowered the front, or at least lowered it the corresponding amount. Turning her bike was waaay different than on my 250, i didnt like it.
