Do you mean you squished the bullet connector at the end of the lights?

How were you planning on connecting them? You either need to order an OEM connector for the Ninja (be REALLY careful on so called OEM ones from eBay, they could be too large or reversed) or you need to clip the connector off the bike side and solder on the female side of whatever you choose. If I read right that the bullet connectors are now squished, you may need to get both male and female ends and solder those on.
I did squish the bullet connector at the end of the lights.

I assumed they were just plug an play, and then I figured I'd just jerry rig it since they weren't expensive and planned on getting rid of them anyway after I get a new OEM turn signal.

I may just order a new "oem" connector, which seems to be the easier route.
