Definitely false, especially towards the end of the month. If anything, a motorcycle, especially a non-cruiser, around here will get far more scrutiny than anything else. The only ticket I've ever gotten was for speeding in a 45 > 30 > 45 transition not more than 10 secs after being passed in a no passing zone and left behind by a new Camaro, in sight of the cops.
