I've relied on cycling for far too much. My core has weakened.
My back is strong, my abs are crazy weak.
I've started a month ab challenge (which I will include some back exercises as well).
Here the routine my wife and I will be doing:
FYI: I may or may not follow this routine....it seems a bit excessive. I'm thinking about just making myself hit a plateau with day 19's numbers, then holding that for the rest of the month.

I did day 2 today, obviously.
EDIT:
I will also do some upper body, back, maybe burpees, and possibly jump rope as well. Oh, and cycling of course!
I miss my old self. Time to get it back.
