No idea on the vinyl, but DON'T BE THAT GUY WHO PAINTS HIS STOCK WHEELS! Ghetto as heck and totally garbage.

I guess this doesn't look so bad:

but idk, I guess modded small hatches aren't really my thing. They all seem farty to me because we all know it's an itty bitty 4-banger, not anything menacing. I would do rims and leave it be, maybe a sway bar if the car sways badly. MAAAYYYBBEEE coilovers if you feel like getting wild and crazy in the handling department. But I'd likely get rims and let it be. Keep the OE wheels for winter tires.
