I agree that people are far too often concerned about what others do to the point where their rights may be violated, but this is not an example of that. There is no right to speed or to do so without criticism.

It was not speeding. sure he was not following some made up law. Look at the autobahn It must kill millions of ppl every year.
Any law ever made is because some one wants to control what others do because it "CAN HURT SOME ONE" Look at isle of man TT closed cores racing but was banned.
