All the info you need for this event:

IMPORTANT! We are running a Beat the Heat schedule! This means that the mandatory riders meeting will be held at 6:30 am. You MUST attend the riders meeting if you intend to ride on the track this weekend. The schedule for the weekend is as follows:

Gates open at 5 am. Tech inspection and registration will open at 5:30. The riders meeting is at 6:30. The track will be hot from 7 am until 3 pm.

The gates will be closed and locked at 9 pm on both Friday and Saturday nights. Please plan accordingly.

Saturday we will run clockwise, Sunday we will run counter-clockwise.

Drink plenty of water. Start hydrating now! The temperatures are expected to be in the low 100’s during the day and the 70’s at night.

Services:
Food: There will be no food services available, so please plan on bringing all meals with you.

Potluck: Saturday evening we will be having our track-wide pot luck featuring Gagliano Pizza. Please bring a dish to pass and come hang out with the TrackXperience staff under the Big Top.

Instruction: As always, we will be running our FREE New Track Rider School in Level 1. If you are interested in this class, please designate yourself at registration. We also offer free one-on-one instruction in all groups. Please ask any TrackXperience staff member for some coaching and we’ll gladly work with you to help you improve your skills.

Tires: Cyclemall will be selling Bridgestone tires for all of your rubber needs. Mount and balance services will be available as well.

Photography: Caliphotography will be on-hand making you look fast. You will also have the opportunity to pre-pay for pictures if you want to be sure to get some good ones.
