Just ask for some help, from friends family... not a ride, but a loan... get a starter for the car, install it.
Don't mess around with plasti dipping a tire, or god forbid tapping it... you are messing with honestly the BIGGEST safety equipment on a bike... more important than brakes in my opinion (you could always engine brake... but if a tire blows, well you're F****)
You can get a new tire for your bike mounted and balanced, etc. for about $75... yeah... next pay check, that's what you should do.
