How to remove the carbs

Remove the side fairings.
Remove seat.
Remove gas tank.
Remove the bracket where the rear of the gas tank bolts too.
Remove the allen bolt on the right side of the gas tank bracket.
Remove the allen bolt on the left side of the lower air box right next to where the airbox drain is.
Remove the a bolt from the coolant reservoir tank and it out of the way to access carbs.
Remove left and right fairing brackets from the frame.
Remove choke and throttle cables.
Loosen all 4 carb boots FROM JUST THE CARB BODIES. (You'll need a long #3 allen wrench and a phillips--Technically JIS screwdriver but a phillips will work if you're careful.)
Slide airbox rearward.
Carefully pull carb out from left side. It's going to be a tight squeeze but it'll come out.

Hope that helps.
