I think it's probably that more people get a motorcycle because it's cool and dangerous and they don't have respect for what the bike is capable of. Think of the demographic of people that use scooters and the demographic of people that use motorcycles.

But, yeah. Your daughter's maturity level has a lot to do with it as well. I you think she's responsible enough, get it for her.
