He was behind the bike for a number of the turns prior to running off the road; turning in early and then having the line run wide as he either isn't comfortable enough or isn't able to turn the bike properly. It came to a head on the sharpest turn while he was still going the same speed. Aside from any BP issues, I'd put it down to not understanding how to give proper steering inputs. MSF? Any other training or guidance other than a recommendation for steering head bearings over there?
