But whatever you want to call it... it's still a crime and not something to be proud of. Ripping into someone for making a mistake is one thing and (hopefully) enough to make them think twice. Ripping up their property only makes them angry to the point that they'll probably forget all about their mistake. It also gives all of us a bad rep.
And if you're speeding, you're the one that needs to be aware of the situation and on the lookout for hazards. Cagers are terrible at estimating our speed, let alone in "crazy" rain. If you're going to ride in the rain, get a proper rain cover or laptop bag and ride safe (e.g.
