The money you save with cheap stands will go away after one drop. I've had cheap stands before and while they never failed me they always felt unstable. I have no issues with sitting or working on the bike while it is on the pitbull stands.

And this right here. I've bought all mine used, and I could turn around and sell them for exactly what I paid or more (I wait for deals).
