It's funny how things very so much state to state. Cops down here rarely even look twice at a motorcycle. I've of course her of bike being pulled over, but I have never seen a bike pulled over around here.
Of the cruisers in the area, I'd say maybe 50% of them have eye protection (probably 10% helmets and 40% glasses), the other 50% nothing at all. Sportbikes are a little better since probably around half actually wear a helmet, and a lot of the ones without helmets wear glasses.
Then there's states like yours where you get pulled over for flipping the visor up. It's probably happened here also by some bored cop, but wow...what a bs ticket.
