As in title. Mine isn't cranking (have to clutch start all the damned time!) and I have a starter motor from a '11 model to fit to my '08.

From what I can see it's held in place with 2 bolts. Should just be a matter of undoing those and the cable to the solenoid.

If anyone here has removed their starter motor please let me know if you ran into any trouble getting it off or back on.
