I have a friend that is, I know nothing about the sport except it's a great challenge.
But from the photos:
If it is all straight (frame, wheels, sprockets) it is worth looking at.
I think it looks a little rough, but it could be the pictures.
Do you have a shop close by? They might be able to look at the photos and give you more insight.
