Too simple for a pix. The nipple that gets inserted into the rubber grommet at the rear of the cowl has an indent, correct? With my unit, this indent did not "grab" the grommet quite deep enough after I pushed it on. SO, with a thin round wood file I removed plastic out of that indent until the nipple/post seated deeper into the rubber grommet and thus stayed put.
