Uh, I would say first come first serve. Since this is an unofficial transaction (outside the Marketplace), I believe it's really up to you and whomever is offering the trade.
You could be creative, since you have the desired exhaust, and see who can sweeten the pot the best for you.
Personally, I've seen the "dibs!" method work here before and it goes down the line if the first person is unable to deliver. The rest wait their turn.
