As a bike the ninja 300 is better than the newgen ninja 250. Both blow the pregen out of the water. However the newgen 250 isn't too far off the 300. The real difference between the two is the fuel injection.
Sometimes I wish I had a newgen 250 instead of a 300, seems silly but there are a few things I like more about the newgen. I doubt I'll own one anytime soon though.
