We have a drill press at work.. I don't trust myself to do the job, but I have mechanics at work that can definitely get it done properly.. Heheh..

I'll order the part you linked, and the SlipGrip cradle you recommended.. Thanks heaps!! For safety's sake, I might even order an extra stem bolt, ya know, just in case.. LOL!!
