I use NoNoise that I picked up at my local BMW place. Just picked up my second set after seven months of reusing them (I had split the seam along the part that sticks out of my ear).

I find them comfortable, easy to insert and remove, quickly washable, and quiet enough that all day riding doesn't drive me bonkers.
