I usually use the generic green ones. But I hated having to squish them together and wait a bunch of time for them to settle in my ear, and then half the time I'd put on my helmet and the damn thing would fall out or loosen up just a tiny bit... which was enough to drive me NUTS.
So I bought these:

They are MUCH easier to install, but I must admit they do not block enough noise in my opinion. I usually just use them around town and if I'm going to go on the highway I use the regular foams...
Although I admit sometimes I forget the ear plugs all together on rides... I know, I know.. BAD
