I don't know what HeroDanny has done to his 250, but if it's topping out at 95 WOT in 6th, you've got issues or you're extremely heavy for the bike.. I'm 180 pounds without gear, and can hit 100mph rather easily with room to spare, and that's stock with the exception of a Musarri pipe..

Again, getting back to the OP, I would rate your bike in its current state as "beat up" to nearly "trashed", using Alex's classifications.. It won't take too much money to get it up a couple notches to a desirable bike, but it will take some time and effort..
