Wheel cleaning
Front sprocket cover muck
Headlight plug is wrong
Cleaned up the swingarm and front sprocket area. It only took 3 cans of degreaser.
Started the bike, and it went first go. Quite surprisingly, it also starts easily when hot.

Sounds like the cam chain is on the way out though. Got a new one ready to put in, just waiting on gaskets etc in the mail.
