It's alive - electrically speaking.
I replaced so many parts last night, but finally determined that the starter switch, on the right hand control was bad. I swapped it with a spare and the engine turns over. Horn, turn signals, brake light, headlights , dash - all working.
Now, to hook up the fuel tank and start it...
