I'd think as long as they weren't vibrating and were insulated there shouldn't be any problems, but I am not an electronics guy.

You should paint the radiator black!

I really love naked sportbikes more than any other kind (Z1000 and ER6Ns are my faves), but Im not sure I could go without a windscreen, heh. This ZG Sport Touring screen has really spoiled me :P .
