Sounds like lots of state and county roads underwater, I-29 is closed for quite a stretch I see on the Iowa DOT site. Gavins Point dam in SD has the flood gates wide open to make room for the water from the dam that burst on the Niobrara River in Nebraska. The track went under, I think, in 2011 also, I don't beleive it was this deep though.
