I've seen this same symptoms several times here..... and unfortunately
it's always carburetors.
and because there's nothing wrong with the timing and nothing seems to be wrong with the vacuum lines.... that looks to be the case here as well.
it feels like the main jets are plugged !
.....
I'll put it back together and then pop the carbs off and take the bowls off
and see what's up with the main jets !....
....
