I just reread your post about adapters and b4 you talked to RT you inferred the dampers had no piston rings. How would they seal against the tube wo rings? I haven't opened mine up yet but even the parts drawing seems to show them. Did they fit into the recess in the damper piston or would they ride against the tube wall? Did the emulator fit in the I.D. or just sit on top? Other models of adapters seem to have sealing rings. Also the pricey Italian emulators have sealing rings. Guess I'll be making my own adapters.
