I doubt the bolt is the wrong size, a buddy of mine has an 09 250 and I looked at his front sprocket and he has the same bolt as me and his washer is big enough that someone bent it so it wouldn't come off.

I tried looking online for a washer but nothing came up, so far. I'll keep looking.
